Federally required statement.This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network, Inc. It has not been cleared or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. However, the FDA has determined that approval and clearance are not necessary.

Compliance and Specialty Laboratory Testing

Testing for FLT3 is performed at Laboratory for Personalized Molecular Medicine (LabPMM.com) of San Diego, California pursuant to patents licensed from Takara Bio of Otsu, Japan.
