Dr. Klein has experience in university and commercial laboratory pathology. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health & Society from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Thereafter, he earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine – New York State program, Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Winthrop University, Mineola NY, where he served as chief resident and performed his fellowship training in Hematopathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology at Washington University – Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis MO. Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Hematology.
