Client Services (Full Time)
Full-time Client Services Representative, 8:30 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.
The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively and professionally represent the company. The successful candidate must quickly learn large amounts of new terminology and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to: telephone triage responding to questions from callers, documenting, investigating and resolution of issues, working with laboratory scientist and interfacing with customers regarding their needs.
Network / Help Desk Position (Full Time)
The successful candidate will maintain and provide technical support to all areas of the laboratory. Specific duties include but are not limited to: User support, customer service, remotely assisting clients and staff with IT related issues; document, investigate and communicate resolution of issues. This position involves support of the following systems including: Microsoft, A+, Network +, Security +, Cisco knowledge, ESX Server environment, VSphere V4.1.0, Server2003, Server2008, Windows XP. Qualifications include a BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience. (Certifications are a plus) The ability to articulate and effectively communicate is essential to providing prompt and courteous service to all clients and staff.
Programmer /Developer (Full Time)
The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of application development in a networked environment, experience in programming MS.NET (C#) and SQL in a production environment; HTML, CSS, XML, ASP.NET, HL7 and database design a definite plus; expert level skills using the .NET framework, expert level skills in Microsoft SQL databases, experience with both desktop applications and web sites as well as knowledge of standard object-oriented programming techniques, database design and knowledge of WinForm and Web-based application architecture. Knowledge of Composite UI Application Block (CAB), Zebra Print Languages(EPL, ZPL), DevExpress controls, and Healthcare experience is also a plus. Requirements include a: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent education and work experience.
Controller (Full Time)
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree and MUST have health care experience. CPA is a plus. In this position the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and payroll as well as coordinating a wide variety of statistical data and reports. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively and professionally represent the company and provide prompt and courteous service to all staff.
