Renee Lowe recently joined the service team as a field specialist for MPLN. Renee has been an MPLN employee for more than 5 years and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee.

Prior to becoming a field service specialist, she was the senior purchasing manager for the laboratory. In her role, Renee provides personal assistance to new clients to ensure smooth implementation of the account. She also maintains current client relationships, facilitates issue resolution and trains clients on how to order tests and retrieve reports online using Symphony^TM, the laboratory information exchange.
