In this role, Dale provides personal assistance to new clients to ensure smooth implementation of the account. He maintains professional client relationships, facilitates issue resolution and trains clients how to order tests and retrieve reports online by using Symphony, the laboratory information exchange. Prior to joining MPLN, Dale was a phlebotomy educator, laboratory processing assistant and client relations coordinator in the laboratory at Baptist West in Knoxville for four years. He also worked at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge as a phlebotomist for five years and at East Tennessee Children's Hospital for three years in Knoxville. While employed at MedEx Laboratory in East Tennessee, Dale was the only member of the area's phlebotomy swat team. In addition to his healthcare experience in Tennessee, Dale was an emergency medical technician, firefighter and clinical technician in Orlando. |
