Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network, Inc. (MPLN) recently announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) granted trademark registration for the name of one of its divisions, Geneuity® Clinical Research Services, effective on September 15, 2009.
MPLN received the official certificate of registration for the Geneuity name and logo after a lengthy application and approval process that took more than a year. MPLN received official notification from the USPTO on September 22, 2009. The registration number for the Geneuity trademark is number 3682072.
