Administration Billing

Molecular Pathology Laboratory Network, Inc. (MPLN) can bill the patient's insurance company or third party administrator directly.

For MPLN to bill an insurance company or third party administrator, please ensure that the patient's insurance information and all applicable diagnostic codes in the ICD-9 format are provided on the requisition form. If the patient's name is not provided, MPLN will not be able to bill the patient's insurance or a third party administrator.

Patients are responsible for co-payments, deductibles and/or outstanding balances not covered by insurance. Patients can call MPLN with questions about bills received from our laboratories.
